Kenapa website tidak muncul di Google ?

Setelah website desain sama coding trus uploadnya selesai, ada tugas penting yang harus dilakukan lagi yaitu proses publikasi situs (website ), proses ini mengacu bagaimana agar website kita bisa dicari orang lewat search engine tertentu misalnya Google, Yahoo Search, Alexa, Askjeeves,dan search engine lain.
Gimana caranya agar website bisa terdaftar dan diindex google ?
.Agar terdaftar di google masuklah ke http://www.google.com/add url.
masukkan nama situs dan deskripsi singkat situs anda.
setelah proses itu, anda perlu membaca panduan berikut (dari kitab suci google webmaster guidelines ) :

dari kutipan di atas , ada beberapa hal yang harus anda lakukan agar website anda "kelihatan di Google".
1. buat link ke website lain atau dari website lain (walaupun udah gak jamannya link exchange.. gpp yang penting ikut guidelinesnya dulu)
2. pastikan desain web anda tidak sulit dibaca google. cek meta tag, apakah sudah lengkap dan benar. content akan lebih baik text-based..
3. pastikan website anda OL. jangan sampai offline.. gw kapok dulu , gara2 off 3 jam , banyak banget kerugiannya..
